Financial Policies

For your convenience, we accept a wide range of payment types, including cash, personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Interest-free financing options are available with approved credit through CareCredit.

We also accept most insurance policies, and we'll be glad to prepare all the necessary forms to help you use your benefits. However, your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance provider. You are responsible for the costs of your treatment that are not covered by your insurance benefits. We'll be glad to submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance provider so you can more accurately predict what your share will be.

Our fees for services rendered are applied to all patients whether they are insured or not. Your policy may base its coverage on a fixed fee schedule that may or may not match our fees. Different insurance companies provide different coverage. You may find that some companies pay claims promptly while others do not pay for several months.
